Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg on Benefits of In-Person Engineering Teams

In a recent memo to his employees, Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta (formerly Facebook), stated that engineers who joined the company in person performed better than those who joined remotely amid the pandemic.
